"As a participating publisher in the above co-op, you agree to the following terms and conditions."

• To subscribe Eva Browne-Paterson to ac2 @ evieb.com for proof of publishing.
   
• To login to your back office at least once per week to check on pending orders.
   
• To login to your back office to update notified orders with the pending publishing date within 48 hours. eg. To be published 27 March 2007.
   
• To publish the solo ad on the date promised.
   
• To send a courtesy copy to the advertiser and to webmaster @ ezines-r-us.com. eg. A courtesy copy is a copy of the solo ad in full that you have received yourself as a subscriber to your own ezine. The courtesy copy must be a forward including the date and time of publishing.
  
  Please Note: Copy and paste confirmations from the original order  will not be accepted as proof of publishing, (without the original header information and received time), especially if we do not receive a copy of the solo as a subscriber to ac2 @ evieb.com.
  
  To login to your back office and update the publishing date as, eg. Published 27 March 2007. Then click on the confirmed button to be paid.
   
• To place your account on vacation mode should you be unavailable for publishing.
   
• To place your account off vacation mode when you are available to publish.
   
• Not to promote solo offers for other solo co-ops in Ezines-R-Us solo ads.
   
• To restrain yourself from promoting your own solo ads for a lesser price than what you are paid by Ezines-R-Us in Ezines-R-Us solo ads. eg. Please do not promote your solo ads for $30 when we pay you $60 and an advertiser just paid $120. They feel ripped off and angry.
  
  We do understand that it is your own publication and you have every right to do as you wish, but what would the point be of lowering your value - unless you are running a special offer - when you could be earning more?
  
  Here is the alternative. In the ad you publish for us, include your targeted-solo-ads affiliate link in the ezine saying something like this: "This is a Targeted Solo Ad from Ezines-R-Us. Please click here to place your order today!" And include your affiliate link so you earn an extra $5 on orders placed. (If the advertiser is subscribed to your ezine, they will see your regular prices at a later date anyway). ;-)
   
• To update your subscription numbers, publishing details etc. in the back office Account Settings section on a regular basis where possible.
   
• Ezines-R-Us reserves the right to place any publisher that is not responding to emails on vacation mode while contact is attempted. Should a publisher violate any of the terms above, we reserve the right to terminate your account without payment for unpublished solos or alleged published solo ads without verifiable proof of publishing.
   
• Publishing payments of $1/CPM are made to your PayPal account once a week on Fridays. That means if your subscriber count on file is 20,000, you will receive $20 per solo ad published. We will detail the advertiser's names that we are paying you for in the notes section.
