"Bringing Publishers and advertisers together creating a powerful
marketing concept"
Advertisers who purchase advertising from Ezines-R-Us must agree to
the terms and conditions set forth. We reserve the right to refuse
any ad that does not meet our guidelines in accordance with the
standards of Ezines-R-Us and the Better Internet Bureau.
- You agree that by purchasing advertising to select groups in
the Ezines-R-Us Directory, you will automatically be subscribed
and some may require you to confirm your subscription to the
Ezines in your selected group(s).
- You agree to allow our publishers four weeks time to publish
your ad, as best fits in with their publishing schedule.
- Should you unsubscribe prior to your ad being published, the
Publisher reserves the right not to publish your ad. You are not
obligated to remain subscribed thereafter.
- You agree to provide a VALID email address AND a BACK-UP email
address. If you provide an invalid email address, your ad will
not be accepted for publishing.
- You agree not to provide an autoresponder as a subscription
email address.
- NO "zwallet" addresses permitted! (Sorry, we do NOT mean to
discriminate, however we have experienced many problems resulting
in our Publishers not accepting subscriptions with the above
mentioned email addresses).
- You agree not to spam or harvest email addresses.
You agree not to submit any ad which contains content of the
following nature:
- No Hate, No Racial, No Pornographic links/material.
No Spam Related Material
No Pyramid, Illegal, or Chain Letter Schemes
No Alcohol, Drugs or Gambling
No "Spy Software" or related Programs of any sort.
No false or misleading information regarding monetary claims. (We
recommend you insert the word "potential" into your ad copy).
We do verify your ad. Please abide by these terms and conditions.
Ezines-R-Us will not be
held responsible for your advertisement "results" While some may
experience excellent results, others may not. It is your
responsibility to ensure your product or service is credible. We do
not issue refunds for poor results. Should an unresolved issue
arise, we will make every attempt to rectify the situation.
Please keep your ad limited to 5 lines @ 65 characters per line.
Publishers reserve the right to "crop" an ad down to the required
allocation. The 5 lines must include the URL and/or mailto.
Should you not abide by the terms and you proceed to submit an ad
that does not meet the guidelines, you will be notified with regards
to the guideline failure in question. Failure to respond to our
inquiry will result in immediate refund with explanation why your ad
was rejected.
Your ad campaign should last about 1 month. While your ad may appear
within 1 week in some publications, it may take up to 4 weeks in
others. Please keep this in mind while submitting your ad. Time
sensitive ads are not recommended in this Program. The Publishers
have agreed to our Terms and Conditions where they have up to 4
weeks to publish your ad.
